Some drained out story that we fixate on or a belief that constantly comes to our attention. Hanging around in a thought, it festers, becomes diseased and then… ouch! The ache is a pain!

Or perhaps we haven’t even remembered when this all started…a tiny occasion, a memory of some event that jiggled a sensation within us, or, didn’t take our attention at all…

Maybe, felt now as an anxiety, that was linked with our childhood or an event in our life, and now returns over and over … a repeating sensation that leaves a telltale nervousness, reminding us that it is there …

Could it be we just can’t put a finger on this feeling, sensation we are having. We’re not really sure it is even there… and yet…,

…there is something there, holding us back… coming through in our daily talk in the word fear, afraid, frightening, scared….

How can we get to the bottom of this something? Why is it there?

Perhaps a stuck back ache, locked knee, aching shoulder, pounding headache, pain in the neck… and the list can goes on….

As it turns out, the body is so clever that we all know, deep deep inside, very deep below our subsurface… we know inside what is going on with us and this health issue….

Easy to get to the source of this thought, this piece of energy driven inside of us?

However, our decision to work on this thought, belief, story, exaggeration, etc. is part of our route to being on the road to Health and with long lasting results…
